These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Plok mobile app, the Plok API, and the website at https://plok.app (collectively, the "Service"), which are operated by Plok App LLC ("Plok," "we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Plok helps users analyze screenshots and organize derived results. Features may change over time, and we may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Service at any time.

2. Acceptable Use

You may use the Service only in compliance with applicable law.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service in a way that violates the rights of others
• Submit content you do not have the right to use or share
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems
• Circumvent subscription, entitlement, or access controls
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract source code or protected logic except where prohibited by law
• Use the Service to develop or train a competing service using our outputs or systems in an abusive or unauthorized way

3. Your Content

You retain ownership of the screenshots, text, and other content you submit to the Service.

By using the Service, you grant Plok App LLC and its service providers a limited, non-exclusive right to host, transmit, process, analyze, adapt, and display that content only as needed to operate, support, secure, and improve the Service.

You are responsible for the content you submit and represent that you have the rights and permissions necessary to submit it for processing.
